THS and Beyond partnership

POSTED September 14th AT 12:12am

TBEG was pleased to partner with Temora High School recently for the community session of the annual THS and Beyond event.

It was an interesting and inspiring evening enjoyed by a large crowd at the Temora Bowling Club.

All speakers were former Temora High students who outlined their journeys since leaving school, career paths and the many advantages of growing up in Temora.

A special presentation on “Customer Service Excellence” was delivered by David Patt drawing on his many years experience in the industry.

Mr Patt provided some interesting insights, noting the importance of  “doing the before, during and after very well” to promote happy and loyal customers.

Mr Patt is the Terminal Manager of Asset Link at Sydney International Airport and prior to that was a highly regarded concierge in the 5 star hotel industry for 18 years, including being Chief Concierge and head of Customer Experience of Intercontinental Sydney, and receiving a number of prestigious awards.

He believes there are three key pillars on which to build customer satisfaction – ease, comfort and trust – ensuring the customer knows their request will be handled efficiently and effectively.

The THS and Beyond panel was chaired by Dr Brett Fritsch, Orthopedic Surgeon, RPA; and speakers were Jenny Alchin, Practice Manager Temora Medical Centre;  Emma Gilchrist, Manager Financial Services Assurance, Ernst & Young; Turlough Guerin, Project Officer, Sustainability Advantage Team, NSW Government; and Melissa Robson (Scott), Director Devine Creative Agency (Sydney).

TBEG congratulates Temora High School and event co-ordinator, Sheree Elwin, on an excellent program, and thanks the presenters for their time and valuable insights.
