TBEG partners with THS and Beyond program

On Friday, August 24th, TBEG has joined forces with Temora High School and their popular THS and Beyond Program to deliver what will be an extremely valuable evening of learning and insight.

Temora High School and Beyond is a program that has been running for a number of years, designed to inspire local students to aim high and recognise the many advantages of growing up in Temora.

There is also a popular community session and this year this will be held in conjunction with TBEG at the Temora Bowling Club.

The keynote speaker is Temora’s own David Patt, now one of Australia's most highly regarded 5 Star Concierges, who will address the THS and Beyond agenda and also give an earlier presentation focussed on Customer Service Excellence.

From Business owners and managers, to front line staff and even students, there is a lot to gain from attending this powerful presentation

Keynote speaker, David is responsible for the ongoing development, growth and management of the Sydney International Airport operations of Assetlink, in current and evolving market conditions. He oversees a cleaning, operational and maintenance team of 300 people – including managing the day to day operations of the Etihad Airways 6 star lounge.
David also has 18 years of experience as Concierge in the 5 Star Hotel Industry. Before changing career paths, David was Chief Concierge and head of Customer Experience of Intercontinental Sydney. Starting off in the position of Porter, Guest Relations and Reception before entering the world of Concierge.

In recent years, David has become a member of the esteemed group of Concierge professionals, Les Clefs d'Or. David has also taken out three consecutive Tourism Accommodation Australia awards, being awarded Concierge of the Year in 2012, 2013 and 2014. In 2015, David was inducted into the TAA Hall of Fame.
